I just discovered a great blog on Construction Law via a link a followed from a Remodeling Magazine Newsletter link and the article I was pointed to is a real good one about as Remodeling Magazine writes “The Dreaded Pay-if-Paid Clause.” I’ve put The Construction Contractor Advisor Blog in my Feedly to track and I for one am looking forward to reading more there too.

And also from the same Remodeling Magazine newsletter there was also a good article on Dos and Don’ts to Keep You Out of Court By Alex Barthet that is important worthwhile reading too.
